Starting in High School, Florence developed a strong interest in life science and was particularly fascinated by the human body’s biology. Following this path, she worked towards her Masters degree in endocrinology, metabolism and nutrition for becoming a researcher. However, determined to share scientific discoveries and provide accurate information to a bigger crowd, Florence decided to study some more in marketing and communication. This translated into a 10 years comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, promoting life changing treatments and services to patients and care givers in diabetes, cardiovascular and lipids therapeutic areas.
At bodhi, Florence helps her clients becoming their own nutritionists by enjoying quality food as an essential ingredient of their healthy lifestyle. As an enthusiastic foodie and passionate cook, Florence constantly seeks new food experience and being born French in Burgundy, also has a refined interest in wine at large!
