I can not believe how effective this meal plan is! I have dropped over 20 lbs in 8 weeks without losing any of my muscle!! At the same time I had the energy to set a personal best time in a half marathon and run a sub 9 min mile pace at a 15K placing 35th in my division.

During the 8 weeks I have dropped 1 min per mile off my race pace and I’ve finally been able to do an unassisted chin up – in fact I did 3in a row ! I don’t think I have ever felt this good and I’m certain I have never looked this great either!

The plan is so easy live with it’s given me a great framework for the future so I know maintaining this new body is not going to be a problem … it even has chocolate …. genius!!! Thank you SO much – the plan itself would have been enough but the incredible support and encouragement from you makes it so much more!

I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m ready to start training for The New York City Marathon.. This is project mylife!
