Coming to bodhi. starting Tuesday, June 6th at 7p.
The core of the program: discipline, structure, and integrity.
This program is engineered as a blueprint for a trainee to be able to excessively wield their own body while sustaining minimal body fatigue. bodhi basics offers a platform that will reinforce a trainee to push their mental and physical boundaries.
This is a boot camp style, full body workout instructed by a military professional.

The club is FREE to join and all fitness levels are welcome.
This will be reoccurring weekly on Wednesday.
