“Before I started training, I was really good at making excuses. I told myself I was a lost cause. During the program, though, I saw other guys pushing through all their personal excuses. Some of these guys were battling health issues that arose from their weight, and I didn’t hear them complaining about it. I was also supported by some great trainers who helped me push myself, and I couldn’t have done it without canine Coach Cheech. We arranged a “one set, one pet” training protocol that kept me motivated and excited to get back to the gym every day!”

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN
What does it mean to MOVE WELL? This screen eliminates the guessing and tells you what movement quality really is by measuring seven fundamental movements that are key to daily life. It scores individuals in a simple way to determine if their movement patterns are optimal, acceptable or dysfunctional. (taken from www.functionalmovement.com) As certified coaches we will screen your movement patterns so we can discover any imbalances that need to be addressed first before you begin your fitness program.
PROGRESSIVE WORKOUT PLAN
With our AMPED fitness principles in place, you will learn proper exercise form using bodyweight, free weights, kettlebells, and suspension training. As you build more strength and endurance, we continue to advance your training to keep you challenged.
STRUCTURED EXERCISE PROGRAM
Every workout consists of stretching, strength training, and cardio components to ensure you are getting the most balanced workout. The bodhi basics program includes two (2) full body strength and conditioning workouts per week.
We believe in practicing yoga on a weekly if not daily basis, the benefits are life-changing and will help your fitness progress. With bodhi basics you will have one (1) complimentary yoga session per week to use whenever you want.
