“It’s time to make a change, for myself, my business and my family”
The exact moment I decided to transform –
Around December we were getting ready to go out for my sons birthday and I looked in the mirror and I didn’t like what I saw. And decided “you know what it’s time to make a change”.
What did I see in the mirror –
When I first looked in the mirror I didn’t see myself.
I didn’t see what I see in my head. I saw the truth obviously. I saw pictures of myself and I just didn’t look the way I want to but it didn’t look like what I had in my mind is what my body should be like. Now when I look in the mirror I’m down 17 1/2 pounds already I look in the mirror I feel good I know I’m a little bit more narrow than I was before I definitely lost some weight.
How much weight have I lost–
I’ve lost almost 17 1/2 lbs
Biggest challenge –
Getting to the gym. As a local business owner and a father of two I have to make more of an effort to get to bodhi to workout! When I first started coming to bodhi I trained 6 days a week! 5 at bodhi using the AMPED program and then one day a week at bodhi breathe doing taking the yoga classes. Now I only come about 3-4 times a week. So My biggest challenge is making the time for the gym while balancing my other responsibilities.
Biggest accomplishment –
My biggest accomplishment is staying consistent with the workouts!
Dave is down 17 1/2 lbs after 5 Months!
One word –
The one word that describes me is FUELED I am obvious fueled by the Salad House to get keep my nutrition right and I’m fueled by bodhi to make sure that I’m working out the right way following Anthony’s guidelines and just doing what I gotta do.
Proud of –
I’m most proud of that on right now with my transformation try to set an example for my kids and my wife and the people around me that you know eat healthier be healthier have the energy to be involved in things in and I am doing that now.
What would I say to someone-
I feel healthier just doing day-to-day stuff and working on activities. My energy now with my kids I’m able to, not that I wasn’t able to play with them, but I’ve got a 2 1/2-year-old and a 5 1/2-year-old and if you have any of those than you know that it’s just running around and chasing them from one to the next I can feel comfortable that I’m not gonna get hurt because I am stretching and working out and getting myself in a better condition to be able to do those things.
