3 reasons to use essential oils
I started using essential oils a few months ago and instantly fell in love, here are 3 reasons why I use essential oils.
Lavender oil is known for it’s relaxing and calming effect. Right next to my bed sits a diffuser which lets out a soothing scent all night long, and helps me get into a deeper sleep so I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day!
Ginger, Lemon, and peppermint are known for their performance boosting properties. Take a quick hit (sniff, sniff) and inhale some one or more of these essential oils for a pre-workout boost!
Challenging ourselves with daily workouts is essential to transforming our bodies, however, recovery is just as important. Ginger, turmeric, and wintergreen are known to reduce inflamation and help repair muscle breakdown that occurs during vigorous workouts.
