You already know we do things a bit differently than any other gym or health club around. We work hard at making sure every workout you step into during any day of the week leaves you with a balanced full body strength and conditioning session. The fitness tools we use are based on how our bodies are designed to function and not how exercise machines were created. If you get bored easily with traditional exercise programs, this class is perfect for you as it will challenge you in ways you never knew existed. Burn maximum calories, shed fat and build muscle just seems like the perfect combination to me and this class will provide you with all three!
Battling ropes and jump ropes will be used to challenge your body in ways you never knew existed. Strength and conditioning your whole body at the same time with these tools will maximize your workout efficiency and the exercises we choose will challenge your mental and physical strength.
Body weight exercises can get boring and less challenging as you advance. You will not get bored with the exercise progressions we have in store for you using TRX suspension training and gymnastic rings.
Chain gang everywhere. We will dive into the many different waves of bodhi with some indoor rowing using our concept 2 rowers and other unique “chain” driven exercises.
