You guys already know that I know everything there is to know about bodybuilding. Haha, not everything because I am ALWAYS learning more each and every day. However, it’s safe to say that I can help you achieve a beautifully sexy, bikini body or the physique that resembles a greek god or goddess. Karen has made running a part of her life ever since high school, even going as far as completing a 10 mile race, however we are not experts in the field.
